Usography has extensive experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, and knows when to apply any given method to answer research questions thoroughly and cost-effectively. One quantitative method that we deploy is a survey. At times we’ve conducted surveys on paper, when the people being surveyed did not have ready access to a computer, or when the presence and usage of a computer introduced a significant bias. We’ve also conducted online surveys.
In either paper or online surveys, Usography prepares sampling guidelines and a definition of degrees of significance based on the target population, usually to 95% confidence level or higher.
Usography analyzes the results of all types of corporate surveys, whether we prepared the survey and sample or not. We use tools such as SAS and SPSS for statistical analyses, including correlation and regression analysis.
Based on the type of engagement, Usography compiles the results of the analysis into a report, and combines the findings with specific design recommendations.
