Usography is a user research consultancy located in Athens, Georgia, about an hour from Atlanta. Usography helps web design teams inform their work through direct contact with users. Contact with users is structured according to one of several possible research approaches, depending on project objectives: user testing, in-depth interviews, focus groups, or ethnography (field research).
Location
Usography is located near the University of Georgia. A steady stream of humanity, mostly between the ages of 18 and 29, passes right by our door each day. In addition, the town of Athens itself has an extremely diverse population. Our office is very accessible, so there is no hassle for users who sign up to find us or to find parking.
Out of town clients have the option of flying into Atlanta and driving to our facility to observe tests in person. There are hotel accommodations very nearby, and there are many restaurants and sidewalk cafe's within walking distance of our office.
